Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks. Rush requests can be discussed.
Full Restoration
Complete teardown, ultrasonic or peg cleaning, full service, and reassembly. For watches that have stopped, run poorly, or haven’t been serviced in years.
Parts approval always required before ordering.
Basic Service
Full disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, and timing regulation. For watches in working condition that need routine maintenance.
Cosmetic Service
Case cleaning, dial and hands cleaning. No movement work performed. Crystal replacement not included. For watches that run well but need a refresh.
Regulation Only
Beat rate and timing adjustment. No disassembly. For watches running fast or slow but otherwise in good condition.
Crystal Replacement
Mineral or acrylic crystals. Sapphire quoted individually. Gasket replacement included where applicable.
Crown & Stem
Sourcing and fitting a replacement crown and stem. Parts at cost plus 15% sourcing fee.
Strap & Bracelet
Link removal, spring bar replacement, strap fitting.

Ship or drop off
Eugene locals can arrange a drop-off. For mail-in, I photograph and document every watch on arrival before any work begins.
Receive results
Every serviced watch comes back with a timing report and notes on what was done. Remainder due before return shipping.
- You are responsible for shipping to me, including packaging and insurance. I strongly recommend insuring for the full replacement value. I am not liable for loss or damage in transit.

- Return shipping is billed at cost. Tracking is included on all return shipments. Insurance is available and strongly recommended.
- If a job is beyond my current abilities or parts cannot be sourced, I will contact you promptly. You will owe only the assessment fee — not the full quoted price.
