Eli Turanski

Watch Restorer/Watchmaker

I’m Eli, an independent watch restorer based in Eugene, Oregon. Two years ago I started self-teaching the craft of watch restoration. Learning movement by movement, mistake by mistake. I take apart vintage timepieces, understand how they work, and bring them back to life. Every watch has a history, and I think it deserves to keep going. I sell the ones I restore and take on restoration work for others.

The Bench

Watches I’m working on, things I’m learning, and the stories that come with every piece that lands on my bench. Technical posts or just my internal dialogue. I’m self-taught, still learning, and this is the honest record of that.
